Healthy Breakfast Meal Prep Ideas!!!

If you’re like me, you probably wait until the last minute to get up in the mornings and don’t really have a lot of time for breakfast! But, you have to make time for breakfast! It truly is the most important part of the day. No matter how much I’m running late I still find a way and take time to eat my breakfast. Breakfast helps to provide energy; should be eaten within 2 hours of waking up; helps to maintain focus throughout the day

Checkout some of my breakfast meal prep ideas to get you through the week!

Breakfast Option #1 (Sunday-Wednesday)

1.5 cups of homemade oatmeal

1/2 cup grapes or your choice of fruit

Breakfast Option #2 (Thursday-Saturday)

1 cup Fiber One Cereal

Plan bagel w/turkey bacon

Breakfast Option #3 (Sunday-Wednesday)

6 egg whites

1 Sliced Avocado

Breakfast Option #4 (Thursday-Saturday)

2 scoops of protein

1 banana
